Woman Pleads Witnesses To Come Forth With Info On Hit-And-Run Accident at Medan Angsana, Penang

On 18 January, a netizen named Angie Yong published a Facebook post regarding her nephew who was a victim of a hit-and-run accident involving a motorcyclist in Penang.

She urges witnesses to come forward with any information or if they saw the incident happen.

The incident happened on Saturday, 16 January, around 2pm at Medan Angsana, Ayer Itam, Penang (next to the Farlim Night Market and nearby the optical shop).

Angie wrote:

“Dear netizens, can I ask if anyone of you has parked your car or have come across Medan Angsana, nearby the Farlim Night Market and the optical shop around 2pm in the afternoon?” she writes.

“My nephew was the victim of the hit-and-run incident by a motorcyclist, he was injured and fainted at the roadside without anyone noticing. After he was conscious, he walked alone to his workplace and got hospitalised.” she writes.

“My nephew is now suffering from a hand fracture, cracked skull and his ears are bleeding non-stop,” she added on.

Speaking to World of Buzz, Angie said her nephew could hardly remember what had happened after he fell unconscious.
