Keropok Lekor lovers rejoice: we are no longer made to eat thin slices of keropok lekor as this entrepreneur created the fattest keropok lekor to date at Pasar Payang, Terengganu.
Probably about the size of a child’s hand, this keropok lekor has since gone viral, with locals commending the seller for its fish-to-flour ratio and unbeatable price.
“The shop offers keropok gemuk and you can sample it first before buying.”
It is mentioned that this is only one of two stalls that sell keropok lekor of this size.
Netizens who purchased the snack had this to say.
“I recently tasted the snack. It may be pricier but it is totally worth it with the filling filled to the brim with fish.”
“Consume it while it is still hot. When it gets cold, it is not as tasty,” said another.
For all of us living outside Terengganu, the fad has yet to arrive on the West Coast. So, Terengganu anyone?
