This can be observed from a recent incident that occurred in Penang. According to the Info Roadblock JPJ/Police page on Facebook, a Chinese man from Penang who is allegedly suffering from mental illness was recorded through several dashcams when he rammed his car into about 20 cars on the road. From one of the video, the car that he drove seemed to nonchalantly hit the cars around him, prompting anger from other road users.

Because of this, several members of the public decided to take things into their own hands and chased the uncle back to his house in Taman Alma Jaya Bukit Mertajam. Some of them can be seen roughing up the uncle out of anger for what he did to the other vehicles on the road.
