Face masks are an absolute necessity during this pandemic and it’s important that everyone wears a mask in public places to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Of course, with this new rule, there’s bound to be times when we forget to bring a mask or lose it while we’re out and about.

At this point of time, even young children know how important it is to wear a mask, like this boy in Thailand who realised that his mask was missing and started crying when he couldn’t find it anywhere.

Little did he know that his mask was just sitting under his chin!

Kind of like the times when people with glasses don’t realise that their glasses are on top of their head.

Upon seeing the boy crying, a teacher immediately went over to tend to him and told him not to cry. She then asked him to check his school bag and the boy obediently went to look for it.

He rummaged through his bag but still could not find his mask. The teacher then asked him, “what colour is your mask? Is it pink?”

The boy nodded and pointed to his pink school bag and said, “like this colour.”

The teacher then told the boy to go look into a mirror and the boy walked over to a wall where a mirror was placed. Upon seeing his reflection and seeing that his mask was just under his chin, the boy immediately broke into a smile and cheerfully brought his mask back up over his nose.

Aww, what a cutie!

The video that was uploaded on Facebook went viral, of course, with many netizens saying the boy was adorable while others praised the teacher for being so caring.

Here’s the video:

If you think your mask is missing, try checking under your chin first! I’m sure you’d have a good laugh about it.
