Harmless pranks can be all fun and games, but sometimes it can cause unnecessary panic and fear among older folks.
On 31 December, Facebook user Ah Dii shared a video warning others about a prank he saw while driving. In the 21-second clip he shared, a man can be seen illuminating his own face inside a pitch-black car, creepily mumbling words towards the cars behind them.
In his post, Ah Dii explained that while some people might take it as a joke, this prank can still be harmful to older or inexperienced drivers, as they may panic and get shocked.
“Errr to me is nothing la this prank but please ah if old uncle and aunty, young driver they might get shocked please don’t do this stupid thing,” he writes.
He warns others to inform their kids to refrain from doing this prank, but not before admitting that he himself thought it was pretty funny, too.
“Please tell your own kid this is not something funny to do in public, but well it is kinda funny tho.”
We urge everyone to be mindful of these pranks before doing them. They might cause serious distress in lighthearted individuals!
