If you or any of your friends have been to Krabi, Thailand, you would’ve most likely visited the famous Phi Phi Islands National Park.
The national park is known for its stunning views, especially from one particular point that gives you an amazing 360-degree view of the entire park. This spot definitely makes the ideal location for an Instagram photoshoot, and the results look totally worth it!
However, it looks like tourists won’t be able to take these amazing shots anymore, according to Coconuts.
Park officials decided to ban tourists from taking photos here because the vantage point is dangerous for those who may not be paying attention. This recent ban came after two visitors reportedly fell from the point. Luckily, they survived.
Now, the park has since put up signs to prevent visitors from taking pictures at the vantage point. They have also put up wooden barriers and have park officials monitoring the area to make sure the rule is not violated.
Oh well, looks like you can’t get those crazy cool shots for Instagram, but we’re sure you guys will be able to find plenty of other (safer!) spots to take beautiful photos for your feed!
So, keep this in mind if you’re planning on visiting this national park anytime soon!
