Despite being only 10 months old, a baby boy in Indonesia has hit a weight of 27 kilograms (kgs).

According to a report by Harian Metro, the not-so-little baby named Muhammad Kenzi Alfaro has to wear his 41-year-old father’s clothes due to his size and can only fit into 3XL sized diapers.

Muhammad Kenzi has since gone viral after footage of his mother having to help him sit up had hit the internet, and he cannot sit or stand on his own. Despite this, baby Muhammad Kenzi still continues to grow.

The mother also shared that her baby’s body is so big that he cannot fit into a baby stroller as it is not strong enough to accommodate him.

“His father’s body is also small. His clothes only fit him, sometimes they are also worn on my son,” she said.

Due to some 3XL diapers also not being strong enough for the big baby, Muhammad Kenzi’s parents sometimes only uses them when he goes to sleep at night to save money. Even then, not often can they find 3XL diapers in their town.

“So I put (Muhammad Kenzi) in 2XL diapers, (because) 3XL diapers are not available in stores,” she added.

After examining his weight, Indonesian health workers have since been providing Muhammad Kenzi with intensive outpatient treatment. He is now undergoing routine check-ups at a hospital in West Java, in an effort to lose the excessive weight.

According to estimates, he weighs the same as an average 8-year-old child. The average weight for a 16-month-old child is about 10kgs, putting Muhammad Kenzi 17kgs heavier than a baby his age.

We genuinely hope that Muhammad Kenzi losses the necessary weight for him to grow up healthier!
