The Pandemic Rages On, New Positive Covid-19 Cases In Malaysia Rises To 21,668!

This is truly saddening to share as the pandemic rages on, the number of cases in Malaysia appears to be continually on the rise.

As of today, 12 August the number of positive new cases have reached 21,668, with Selangor and Kuala Lumpur recording the highest numbers once again, at 6,278 and 2,436 new positive cases respectively.

Other states with over a thousand cases include Kedah (2,143), Sabah (2,052), Johor (1,706), Penang (1,229) and Sarawak (1,216).

It’s truly scary to see the numbers on a constant rise despite the continuous state of lockdowns in our country.

The most we can do at this point is adhere to the SOPs, get vaccinated and hope for the best.

And to all those who are struggling because of the lockdowns, please hang in there, our hearts go out to you.
