Teacher Fadilah, who was recently fined for attempting to engage in immoral conduct with “Abang Wiring,” has lodged a police report after discovering that a sex video of her had been circulated.

Alor Gajah District Police Chief, Superintendent Ashari Abu Samah, confirmed receiving the report and stated that the case is being investigated under Section 509 of the Penal Code for insulting the modesty of a person.

According to Harian Metro, he said the woman filed the police report on May 24.

“The woman was dissatisfied after discovering that a sex video involving her had been circulated.”

Police have also opened an investigation under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998,” he said.

Police have examined the mobile phones of both the teacher and “Abang Wiring,” but the video in question was not found and is believed to have been deleted.

Further investigation is ongoing, and the case will be referred to the Deputy Public Prosecutor for further instructions.

Yesterday, the electrician known as “Abang Wiring” (real name Muhammad Hairul Ezuan Hamzah) and secondary school teacher Nur Fadilah Zainal pleaded guilty to charges of attempting to commit illicit intercourse at the Ayer Keroh Syariah High Court.

The court sentenced both 31-year-olds to a RM5,000 fine or six months’ imprisonment if they fail to pay.
