Starting 7 March 2022, the Ministry of Health will be providing Sinovac vaccination to kids aged 5 to 11 years old, at selected vaccination centres (PPV).
To complete the vaccination status, two doses of Sinovac vaccines with an interval of 4 weeks will be needed. According to the Covid-19 Immunisation Task Force (CITF), the Sinovac vaccine is offered to children who cannot receive the Pfizer due to health reasons, or an option for parents who do not agree to use the Pfizer vaccine for their children.

The list of selected vaccination centres can be referred to at the Ministry of Health’s Covid-19 website as well as ProtectHealth’s website.
According to the Ministry of Health’s official media statement, parents who have registered for their children’s vaccination on the MySejahtera application will start receiving vaccination appointments respectively.
