Singapore dollars are rising again and this time it hits an all time 17-month high against our Ringgit.
So, if you think 1SGD = RM3 is painful enough, now it’s at 1SGD = RM3.06! Ouchhhh!
The demand for Malaysian Ringgit has weakened due to concerns that the country’s debts may be removed from a key global bond index, reports CNA.
The Singapore dollar suffered a slight dip in February and March but very quickly strengthened against the Ringgit this year.

As of the start of the year, January, the Singapore dollar was at RM$3.0318. It then dipped to RM$2.9932 in February and in March, it was hovering about RM$2.9735 to RM$3.0227.
On April 9, the Singapore dollar continued to soar for the past 10 days and it’s now about RM3.06!
Well, guess we won’t be visiting Singapore so soon T_T
