Perak’s first premium outlet, Silverlakes Village Outlet is finally ready to open to the public after months of postponements.
As reported by Utusan Malaysia, the premium outlet will be fully operational in December 2023, just in time for the Visit Perak Year 2024.
Its CEO, Shaik Rizal Sulaiman said that the Silverlakes Village Outlet comprises West Village and North Village, with the launching of the former done in September.
He added that the main shopping centre, North Village will open in phases starting next month.
There will be stores from over 100 brands opening at the outlet including Coach, Kate Spade, Sembonia, Carlo Rino, Puma, Al-Ikhsan and local fashion designer brand, Rizman Ruzaini.
Besides shopping, there will also be restaurants and food stalls, as well as a Dinosaur theme park aptly named the Dinosaur Encounter Park which was launched on 22 November.
The new premium outlet is located at Kinta Valley in Batu Gajah, Perak. Connectivity-wise, there’s a direct connection to ETS/KTM Batu Gajah and it is only 20km by car from Ipoh.
