Pavilion KL is the 2024 World Gold Winner for Award in Retail Category!

Every day, Malaysians often visit the mall whenever they get a chance. Whether it’s to have a meal, meet up with friends, hang out, or just shop, the mall is the perfect spot.

In recent news, Pavilion has earned the title of World Gold Winner in the retail category at the 2024 FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Awards.

The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards celebrates projects that showcase excellence in the design, development, and sustainability of real estate.

The award ceremony was held in Singapore, and it represents a major milestone for both Pavilion Real Estate Investment Trust (Pavilion REIT) and Malaysia’s retail industry.

According to FIABCI World Prix D’excellence Awards, Pavilion KL has been recognised by the Ministry of Tourism as a key tourism attraction, showcasing its role in making Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle a top retail spot for wealthy Asians from Southeast Asia and the Middle East.

1.37 million square feet, with 430 stores

Since its grand opening in September 2007, Pavilion KL has attracted over 48 million visitors. The mall spans 1.37 million square feet, with 430 stores across 7 levels.

It stands out with unique features like high walkway ceilings averaging 5.5 meters, a large cone-shaped skylight flooding the center with sunlight, and its famous Spanish Steps.

Pavilion KL offers luxurious 6-star dining and concierge services. This makes it a top-notch shopping spot that could compete with famous places like Ginza in Tokyo, Fifth Avenue in New York, and Orchard Road in Singapore.

Pavilion KL is also supported by the Ministry of Unity, Culture, Arts and Heritage as a centre for arts and culture.
