As a loud and proud Malaysian, Nasi Lemak is basically a national dish to us. It’s the dish of a lifetime because of how versatile it can be as breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a snack.
Recently, there’s a Nasi Lemak Volcano Island that’s buzzing around social media and it caught our eyes. This innovative dish takes a twist from the traditional Nasi Lemak by adding chicken chop, curry, half boiled egg and a baby lobster (or 3 tiger prawns).
