The Aqua Zumba session, characterised by high-energy music and dynamic water-based exercises, was not only a fun and engaging way to stay fit but also a meaningful celebration of the nation’s independence. Participants of all ages joined in, moving to the rhythm of lively beats under the guidance of experienced instructors. The event took place in a safe and controlled environment, with all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees.
