MyPPP commemorated Malaysia’s 67th Independence Day with Aqua Zumba Event

In a spirited celebration of Malaysia’s 67th Independence Day, over 70 participants gathered at Kompleks 3K in Subang Jaya this morning for an invigorating Aqua Zumba session. The event, held from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., was a tremendous success, bringing together fitness enthusiasts and community members alike in a vibrant display of unity and health.

The Aqua Zumba session, characterised by high-energy music and dynamic water-based exercises, was not only a fun and engaging way to stay fit but also a meaningful celebration of the nation’s independence. Participants of all ages joined in, moving to the rhythm of lively beats under the guidance of experienced instructors. The event took place in a safe and controlled environment, with all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees.

Dr Racheal Thomas, MyPPP Ketua Puteri, Wilayah Persekutuan, played a pivotal role in organising the event, which was supported by the Pergerakan Puteri & Pemuda MyPPP Party. This event highlighted the importance of community engagement and healthy living as part of the national celebrations. The MyPPP Party representatives expressed their pride in supporting such a positive and health-focused event, which aligns with their ongoing efforts to promote wellness and unity among Malaysians.

 

This Independence Day celebration was a memorable occasion, fostering a sense of togetherness and patriotism among participants. The energy and enthusiasm displayed during the Aqua Zumba session reflected the vibrant spirit of Malaysia, a nation that continues to grow stronger with each passing year.
