The recent price hike in goods has sent a lot of Malaysians under immense pressure as the living cost has also directly increased. The struggle is real!

A visit to the local grocery alone is stressful enough when we see the price tags that the goods are being sold at right now, which has seen a dramatic increase. However, MYDIN Malaysia is doing something to lower the pressure and the burden on the rakyat’s wallets.

CEO of Mydin, Haji Ameer Ali Mydin can be seen ‘performing silat’ at the beginning of the video, accompanied by the music in the background as he tapped his hand onto the old prices of the cooking oil.

He then removed his hand and revealed the promotion price.

A bottle of 5kg cooking oil will be sold at the price of RM29.70, effective today (July 8) till Monday (July 11). It’s a 4-day promotion so if you’re interested, do stock up on your cooking oil!

However, keep in mind that each customer is only entitled to one bottle of cooking oil and it’s only applicable for Kad Meriah holders only. The promotion is valid in Peninsular outlets only.

‘Mydin is the best!’

The announcement had reached the attention of Malaysians and most of them are happy to see that Mydin is doing something to alleviate the burdens of the people.
