Nasi lemak, a fragrant Malaysian dish, may not be the best combination with tteokbokki, a popular Korean street food that consists of chewy rice cakes cooked in a sweet and spicy gochujang-based sauce.
But this lady’s Korean husband did just that when he combined the two, and he loved his creation and tasty idea.
She says, “Mom, he is eating tteobokki with nasi lemak.”
Responding to the statement, the husband had this to say.
“Why do you make look like I am a weird person. I think people should eat it like this.”

Well, in our opinion, it is technically the same thing as tteokbokki, which is rice, but in a different form.
