In Malaysia, we have this saying, “This is why we can’t have nice things”.
Here’s an example as to why.
Netizen, Prince Yoshiro, took to his Twitter account to showcase a couple trying to shove a mattress into a dryer at a laundromat. Considering the fact that the mattress is obviously too big to fit into the dryer, they didn’t exactly manage to place the full mattress inside as half of it was poking out of the dryer door.
Prince Yoshiro wrote, “I cannot brain people like this. You might as well just enter the dryer yourself.”
In the video, the couple could be seen rolling the mattress up before trying and failing to place the entire thing into the dryer.
What makes this situation funnier is that it wasn’t even their first attempt as another mattress could also be seen sticking out of another dryer below.
Netizens have since taken to the post to condemn the couple.
“This is why education and logic are so important. They are showing their own stupidity.”
“If the mattress at the bottom already doesn’t fit, then confirm it will be the same for the top one. This is extraterrestrial thinking.”
“Don’t be selfish. If the (dryer) becomes spoiled, it will inconvenience everyone else.”
