If like most of us, you’re asking yourself, ‘wait, but why?’, that’s because the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) has announced that its annual offer is back! YAY!

This time, they are offering a flat rate of RM10 for outstanding summonses, reported NST. Sounds like a good deal! This initiative is an effort to prevent errant motorists from being prosecuted for committing traffic offences. In other words, if you don’t wanna get in trouble with the court, take advantage of this offer lah.

You better not dilly dally though, because this offer is only valid for three months, from February 1st to April 30th. Better hurry!

One thing to note though, is that this offer does not apply to all classes of motorists. There is an exception for summons issued for offences under the MPSJ Road Transfer Order (Heavy Vehicle Ban) 2012. So, if your summonses fall under this offence, then you are not eligible for this offer.

Now, if you’re wondering how to check and pay for your summonses, a statement released by MPSJ stated that all checks and payment can be done via MPSJ’s;

  • Official website
  • Headquarters
  • Branches
  • Kiosk machines
  • Drive-through counters
  • Mobile counters
  • Mobile application payment system

So, if you do have any outstanding summonses, time to pay up and start the year with a clean slate! RM10 only wei.
