Are you a woman who has a male best friend that’s in a relationship?
Well, this Malaysian woman has a message for you.
Taking to the SecretsMY Twitter page, a Malaysian woman anonymously told off women with male best friends who have girlfriends to have consideration for the girlfriends by backing off.

She wrote, “If you’re a girl-bestfriend to someone’s boyfriend, here’s a reminder for you. Know your Godd*mn place. Know where the line is and know when to stop.”
“My boyfriend’s girl-bestfriend is so dependent on him and at this point I’m angry because every time my boyfriend is with me, the girl will look for my boyfriend and ask him for all kinds of help.”
She shared an instance in which her boyfriend’s best female friend had interrupted their date
“For example, me and boyfriend were on a date and this girl suddenly called, asking to pick her up at someplace far from where we were. Like, you’ve got to be kidding me.”
“At first I was trying to knock it off because I was thinking, okaylah she’s his friend and I don’t want to tell anyone to stop being friends but after a while, this girl is getting worse until I’m getting stressed. I already told my boyfriend many times that I don’t want to bar him from being friends with anyone but he should know his boundaries and I’ve seen him turn down the girl-bestfriend’s requests many times.”

The girlfriend feels like the girl-bestie is taking advantage of her boyfriend and they’ve even fought about it.
“The girl is obviously taking my boyfriend’s kindness for granted, I swear I feel like going to meet her and pulling her hair so that she’ll be more self aware.”
“By the way, I have told my boyfriend this many times and we’ve fought many times. I trust my boyfriend and I’m not the type to ask him to break off friendships with anyone unless that person is really taking things too far and at this point, this girl is taking things too far. Once again, know your line, sisters. Don’t make others feel like they want to slap you ah, please?” she ended.
