If a man treats you well like you’re the queen in his castle, does his height matter?
Just today (February 2), the Facebook page MY (Malaysia) shared a confession of a woman who found the ideal man in her life but is currently putting the thought to marry him on hold. The man basically has no red flags but unfortunately, the woman is worried about his height since he is much shorter than her.
She certainly has a lot of good things to highlight about the man, from how he cares for her every time she gets upset, to how well he manages his finance.
“He has never used my money, and will always guide me to solve my issues. Long story short, he’s my ideal man.”
However, his height has proved to be a concern for the woman, and instead of being born short, the man is apparently suffering from a medical condition as he has a curved spine that affects his height. Regardless, that does not affect his life at all.
“He can totally take care of himself, but should I marry him?”
“If you’re sincerely into him, this wouldn’t have been an issue”
In response to her dilemma, many netizens are happy to weigh in, and many of them have asked the woman to think clearly about her decision as it involves 2 people. Some have also urged her to leave the man.
“He deserves a woman who can appreciate him, and not someone who complaints about him.”
“Ask yourself if you can accept his flaws. If you can, go on, since he’s already your ideal man.”
“Don’t marry him. Because you care about his height. You can see for yourself as you have asked us in this group. His height has become your measurement of happiness, that is not true love.”
“Let him go. He deserves better.”
“I’m curious, how perfect are you?”
“Since he can care for you and understands you well, try looking for a specialist that may help him.”
“Don’t waste his time.”

We can say that physical appearance does not matter if the love and bond are real and strong, but do you see yourself accepting a partner with a medical condition that affects his/her height?
