If you’re a fan of all things meat, you’ve probably heard about Iberico Pork. If you haven’t, well, do we have a treat for you!
The first of its kind to land on our shores, Iberico Lamb comes from a breed of lamb that has been native to the region of Aragon, Spain for over a thousand years. Yes, this is some pretty rare meat! The animal leads a stress-free life at the foot of the Pyrenees and feeds on only its mother’s milk, corn and high oleic sunflower seeds.
Their natural diet ensures that their meat is highly aromatic, fully flavoured, will melt in your mouth and is the healthiest meat in the market.
You can start your night off with some rum refreshments. It IS a rum bar after all! Choose from one of their most recommended: the Sauvignon Blanco (RM48), Jungle Bird (RM49), or Rum Oyster Shot (RM28). Heck, just get ‘em all!
For appetizers, their extremely fragrant and flavourful Escargot with Bone Marrow Butter, Spanish Bacon & Tuhau (RM38) is a must-try. So, don’t say we didn’t give you a heads up!
There are a total of three mind-blowingly good Iberico Lamb dishes: the Iberico Lamb Rack, Iberico Lamb Loin, and Iberico Lamb Tournedos. Out of the three Iberico Lamb dishes, the majority’s favourite is the Iberico Lamb Loin. With juicy and tender meat, it also comes with a slight crunch thanks to how the chef managed to cook the skin just right. The dish is served with mousseline potatoes, grilled vegetables, tomato confit, toasted sunflower seeds and lam jus. Yum!
Their Iberico Lamb Rack has a much more tender meat and packs quite a flavour. Who can ever say no to ribs?!
Served with mushroom barlo barley risotto, sauteed spinach, tomato confit, and red capsicum sauce, the Iberico Lamb Tournedos will be a true delight to your taste buds. Plus, the natural flavour of the Iberico Lamb is perfect as it is.
For a perfect end to the night, take the Rum Flight, which contains a variety of Diplomatico Rum from Venezuela that comes with chocolate pairing!
Don’t the Iberico Lamb dishes just make your mouth water? What’s more, this luxurious meat is only lightly seasoned to enhance their already delicious flavour. If you’d like to try some, you gotta hurry though! The rare meat is (obviously) limited!
