Thinking of getting a new home but have yet to decide where to get a good housing loan? This could help you come to a decision, then!

According to the New Straits Times, CIMB Bank Bhd and CIMB Islamic Bank Bhd have just launched a 1-Minute Home Financing service under their InstaApproval platform.

Like its name suggests, loan applicants can expect to receive complete approvals for housing loans within just one minute of submitting their application.

All applicants need for the paperless application is their Identity Card (IC) number and property booking receipt. The letter of offer can then be printed out on the spot after submission!

This loan is available for properties bought directly from developers at property launches and sales galleries, and covers 60 property projects by 8 developers. The developers participating in this service are;

  1. Eco World Development Group Berhad
  2. IJM Land Berhad
  3. IOI Properties Group Berhad
  4. Mah Sing Group Berhad
  5. Sime Darby Property Berhad
  6. SP Setia Berhad
  7. Tropicana Corporation Berhad
  8. UEM Sunrise Berhad

Of course, this is just the start, as more developers are expected to participate in CIMB’s 1-Minute Home Financing InstaApproval later on.
