A man who was already put to jail for car theft had just a short time left to his sentence when he did yet another haram thing while in jail!
The judge sentenced Ariff Amirrul Akmal Abu Bakar Lam to an EXTRA NINE YEARS in jail and 3 strokes of the cane after he was caught having sex with his male cellmate.
The 21-year-old convict will be starting his jail time from January 19, 2017, on the day he was arrested, The Star reported.
Judge Ahmad Sazali, who placed the sentence on the young man in Ayer Keroh Sessions court, said,
“You are in prison for theft and have only two more weeks left to serve your sentence. At this time, you should have behaved, but you did this.”
But sir, sometimes people dry ma… have mercy a bit lah.
Ariff who is from Ampang, Selangor reportedly ‘committed unnatural sex’ with his 19-year-old cellmate at the Jasin Correctional Center, Malacca, at about 11.30PM on January 11, 2017.
The dude was charged under Section 377B of the Penal code where he can be imprisoned up to 20 years and be whipped.
Wah, main buntut also 20 years in prison. No joke man.
But there is no news on whether it was consensual or rape, and there is no report on whether the cellmate will be convicted as well or not.
Well, I guess this guy is really doing some hard time in jail huh?
