While cleaning their house today (4 November), Anwar and his wife stumbled upon their daughter’s journal from the family trip. Curious to see what she had written, they finally got to read her entries for the first time, only to find an unexpected surprise.
“Two years ago, my wife and I brought our kids to South Korea for a family holiday. On the flight back, we asked our daughter to keep a journal and write down what she had learned.
“Today, while cleaning the house, we found out for the first time what she had actually written. Of all the things and core memories she could have written about, she chose this,” his caption read.
According to the the photo shared in the post, the girl had chosen to document a rather hilarious moment from their Korea trip that clearly left an impression on her.
“Hello! I am on the plane coming back from Korea. I’m heading to Singapore, which is my hometown. Things I learned: My father is a troublemaker,” the note read.
“Now I’m worried about whether she remembers other moments too”
In another photo, the journal revealed how Anwar’s daughter had also recorded a funny exchange between her parents, which began when her mother asked, “What’s the other airport in Korea besides Incheon?”

“When my dad heard the question, he said ‘Outcheon’. Why? Because if there’s an Incheon, there should be an Outcheon,” his daughter wrote.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Anwar shared that he and his wife had simply wanted their daughter to document her core memories from the trip. However, they didn’t expect her to remember this particular moment instead.
“We wanted our daughter to write down her core memories from the trip. We didn’t realise she had other core memories.
“We hope she will continue to journal her thoughts so she can remember beautiful moments like this. Now I’m worried about whether she remembers other moments too. My daughter is now 12,” he added.
