Malaysian diver Ng Yan Yee announced her retirement on Instagram @ngyanyee93 after 2 decades in the sport, expressing that she has no regrets about stepping away from the diving scene.

In the touching video, the 30-year-old shared her gratitude and appreciation as she said goodbye to the pool that had been her haven and stage for countless cherished moments.
She went on to express how her journey, from Olympic victories to celebrating each personal win, was driven by dedication and endless support.
“To my amazing Team Malaysia, coaches, teammates, sponsors, and all my supportive fans, your faith in me took me to heights I never thought possible.”
She’s still figuring out her next steps!
Ng shared that her 20 years in diving were filled with various pressures and doubts, but these challenges have shaped her into the person she is today.
She mentioned that retiring doesn’t mean the end, but rather the start of an exciting new chapter.
“Over my 20 years in diving, I may not have been perfect, but that’s just life. Along the way, I’ve faced different pressures and doubts, but they’ve all helped shape who I am today.”
