Local Gigolo Arrested for Selling Explicit Videos of His Female Customers, Charging RM20 to RM100

In a recent widely circulated internet story, X user @mynewshub reported on the arrest of a local gigolo who recorded and sold numerous explicit videos featuring 20 women.

The police revealed the first-ever case of sexual crime in the country when they apprehended a local gigolo for recording and selling dozens of video clips of his explicit activities with over 20 women, including those who hired him for sexual services.

Police investigations found that the said video clips were subscribed to by over 2,600 local residents, paying a monthly fee ranging from RM20 to RM100 to watch them online.

“All the users of the application are from the group of sexually frustrated men and lonely women who have careers in professional fields such as doctors, entrepreneurs, and the corporate sector,” said the Director of the Criminal Investigation Department of Bukit Aman, Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain.

The 31-year-old suspect had been marketing the video on social media since July of last year before being captured at a residence in Janda Baik, Pahang, by the Anti-Vice, Gambling, and Organized Crime Division (D7) of the Criminal Investigation Department, Bukit Aman.

Simultaneously during the police operation, two female associates of the suspect, aged 23 and 27, who were also implicated in selling the explicit video to the public, were apprehended.

Datuk Seri Mohd Shuhaily explained that once customers make a payment to access the video clips, the suspect promptly sends them a link for viewinpornog the recorded explicit content.

Investigations are also conducted under Section 292 of the Penal Code for the offense of possessing pornographic material, punishable by imprisonment for up to three years, and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 for the offense of misusing telecommunications network facilities.
