Taking to Twitter, this netizen shared a video of how he found a little girl walking around, alone in the wee hours of the morning near Seri Kembangan.
Garnering 4.4m views, the man, who is also a social media influencer, was seen cradling the poor little girl in front of a police station, asking anyone who could recognise her to help out.
He shared, “Her name is Yaya, and she was lost near Seri Kembangan.”
“She has RM2 with her, and she was walking around alone, apparently lost, at around 4 am.”
“Now I am at the Seri Kembangan Police Station; please share this video out to your WhatsApp groups and help her find her parents,” he added.
Thankfully, Yaya was eventually reconnected with her parents around 8:45 am.
According to the Serdang District Police Chief, Asst. Commissioner A. A. Anbalagan, “The child was believed to have left her home as the front door of her house was unlocked.”
“She has since been returned to her parents after further confirmation of their parental status through her birth certificate and IC.”
Thank god!
