SPF added that it was alerted to the incident and once the aircraft landed at Changi Airport, the man was arrested by officers from the Airport Police Division.
Investigations by the SPF revealed that during the flight, the suspect, whilst seated at this seat, had allegedly unzipped his pants and exposed his genitals, and then covered himself with a blanket.Ā
The news release further elaborated,
“He (the suspect) then set up his smartphone and switched it to video recording mode. When a female cabin crew approached him to serve his meal, the man purportedly removed the blanket and exposed his genitals to her in full view.”
Following this, the female crew member quickly left the man’s seat and reported the matter to her supervisor.
