It’s always heartwarming to hear about positive customer experiences, especially when supermarket staff go above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Taking to TikTok, netizen @abgpopia shared his experience at a Lotus’s he recently visited. He had trouble finding warm water to make milk.

“I am surprised at this Lotus’s staff when I wanted warm water for me to make milk for my baby,” he explained.

“I asked them if they sold warm water, they told me no, because they only sold bottled water instead.”

He added, “I told them why I needed warm water, and immediately they told me that they can give me warm water if the intention is to make milk for my baby.”

Surprised, he handed them a filled bottle and told them they may need to clean it first before putting it in warm water.

“Amazingly, they obliged and thoroughly washed the bottle before handing it back to me filled with warm water.”

“I asked them if I needed to pay, but they refused payment. It is customary for anyone to ask for warm water (to make milk), that we will give it for free,” he said.

“I admire them for this.”

Let’s hope that this kind of customer service will be a feature at all establishments nationwide.
