Attention Malaysians! If you’re planning to take a trip up to our chilly Genting, do take note that their cable car service, Awana Skyway, will be closed from 8th to 11th January 2018.

Yes, the much beloved Awana Skyway that stretches for 2.8km, and offers a beautiful view and unique experience won’t be operating for the 4 days.

This update was recently released by Resorts World Genting on their Facebook page saying that the cable car service is temporarily closed for maintenance for that period.

Good news though! RW Genting is providing FREE shuttle bus service which will be available every 15 minutes from Genting Skyway Gohtong Jaya Station to Awana Hotel and finally Awana Bus Terminal. Of course, the shuttle bus service is available for the trip back to Genting Skyway Gohtong Jaya too!
