Previously, we shared various academic accomplishments from Malaysian students internationally.
These include the first Southeast Asian to win 6 outstanding student awards from Georgetown University and two UiTM Accounting students recording the second and third highest exam scores in the world respectively.
Now, another Malaysian student has made our country proud with her academic feat, this time achieving the highest score in Malaysia and the world for the MA2 Managing Cost and Finance subject.
Nur Hanisah Aripin, a student at INTEC Education College Shah Alam, Selangor scored 100% on the subject in the recent ACCA Foundation in Accountancy examination.
Hailing from Pahang, Nur Hanisah is a former Pahang Maahad Tahfiz student for the 2017-2021 intake. Previously, she also obtained 11As in SPM and being a Maahad Tahfiz graduate, she also memorized the Qur’an.
Thanks to her amazing feat, Nur Hanisah had the honour of having His Majesty Yang di-Pertuan Agong (YDPA) Al-Sultan Abdullah and Her Majesty Raja Permaisuri Agong (RPA) Tunku Azizah release a statement congratulating her.
As shared by Istana Negara’s official Facebook page, the King and Queen congratulated the INTEC student on her achievements, saying that it shows how dedication and hard work enable Pahang natives and Malaysians to compete and excel at the international level.
The YDPA and RPA also hoped that Nur Hanisah’s success can inspire other Pahang and Malaysian students to work hard and give their best to succeed in their respective fields.
Awesome! So, what do you guys think of Nur Hanisah’s accomplishment? Share your thoughts and congratulatory messages in the comments.
