The title of this article is not a drill! Here’s to all fried chicken fans, you’ve finally got a festival dedicated for your indulgence. The first ever fried chicken festival in town is called Ayam Lejen Fried Chicken Festival and it’s happening this 18-19 November!

This mouthwatering event is organised by FriedChillies and will be featuring up to 8 types of crunchy and juicy fried chickens to choose from. By the time you finish reading this article, you’ll already be salivating all over!

Ayam Lejen Fried Chicken Festival will be ongoing for 2 days straight (4 sessions per day) and will be held at Ara Damansara LRT Station. This event is exclusively for 500 foodies per session aka there will only be 2000 seats allocated per day for die-hard fried chicken fans only. So grab your tix before it’s too late!

For each entry, you will be entitled to 8 types of taste-portion sized fried chicken. Aside from that, you’ll get to take home a super fun goodie bag with you too!

For those who are wondering what the 8 types of fried chicken are, here’s a list to kickstart your excitement:

  1. Broasted Chicken King – Keramat (pressure cooked arabic fried chicken)
  2. Ayam Goreng Wak Kentut – Johor Bahru (fried chicken nasi lemak )
  3. Gerai Ah Kow – Kuala Lumpur (sesame horlicks fried chicken)
  4. Sweetree – Ampang (Spicy Korean fried chicken)
  5. Nomms, Subang Jaya (freestyle fried chicken popcorns)
  6. KGB – Bangsar (salted duck egg buffalo wings)
  7. Zainul Nasi Kandar – Petaling Jaya (Penang NK styled fried chicken)
  8. myBurgerLab – Seapark (special fried chicken sliders)

  • Dates: 18th and 19th November 2017 (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Time slots: 10am-2pm or 4pm-8pm
  • Venue: Ara Damansara LRT Station
  • Ticket Pricing: RM48 (Early Bird), RM58 (Standard)
