Fire Burns Down Container In Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang

A two-storey high container in Jalan Alor, Bukit Bintang caught fire and was burnt down last night.

According to China Press, the fire incident happened at around 7.34pm last night (15 April 2023), in a back alley near a prayer room. The Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department sent 28 firefighters to the scene to fight the fire.

Fortunately, the fire was quickly put out and the situation was under control. No one was injured. As of the time of writing, the cause of the fire is still unknown yet.

Some netizens commented on the incident, saying that the fire might be due to the recent hot weather in Malaysia. Other netizens also pointed out that we need to be mindful about the main electric switch box, especially for old houses.
