Fathers are supposed to protect their daughters to make sure abhorrent acts like these don’t happen to them. They shouldn’t be perpetrators themselves!
A 50-year-old man was recently arrested for raping his daughter since she was just 16 years old.
Following a statement made by the to the police of Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, the father was only identified by the initial, S, had been repeatedly raping his daughter since 2017 after she decided to stay with him following a divorce from his wife.

According to Coconuts, the rape allegedly started happening when S found out that his daughter was no longer a virgin because she had been raped by her uncle (mother’s brother) since childhood.
The victim was greatly ashamed about the incident but instead of reporting the case, S decided to use her traumatic past against her. He threatened to expose her, saying that he would tell her mother’s family about the alleged rape if she didn’t have sex with him as well.
Soon thereafter, the victim became pregnant and S was suspected to be the father of his own daughter’s child.

“Upon learning that the victim was pregnant, [S] told her to find a boyfriend so someone will take responsibility for the child she was bearing”, said the Banjarbaru police chief.
However, two months passed and the victim still couldn’t find a boyfriend. The heartless father decided to take matters into his own hands and set up his daughter with a 57-year-old man who was supposedly a friend of his.
As if the poor daughter hadn’t gone through enough, she was ordered by her father to trick her “boyfriend” into sleeping with her!

The conniving father’s scheme seemed to work as his friend reportedly slept with his daughter on at least two occasions. Nonetheless, the abuser’s luck seemed to have finally run out when his daughter discovered that she had a miscarriage.
But it doesn’t stop there, as when S learned that he no longer had a potential child to look after, he wanted to continue having sex with his daughter!
Fortunately, the daughter decided that she had enough and ran away from the house as she could no longer stand sharing the same living space as her disgusting abuser.
When the police were notified about the multiple allegations of rape, both S and his friend were arrested for violating the Child Protection Law. They are looking at facing over 15 years of prison each.
