Uncle Roger’s restaurant has an opening date – September 11, 2024 (Wednesday) but apart from bringing yourself (and maybe a plus one), Uncle Roger has a suggestion for you!

In his Instagram post @mrnigelng this noon (August 12), Uncle Roger, the alter ego of Nigel Ng, is inviting everyone to visit his restaurant as none other than Uncle Roger himself.

Yes, you’re more than welcome to come in an orange T-shirt – the iconic Uncle Roger outfit – paired with a pair of black pants or shorts, and some accessories like those shown in the screenshot below!

“We’re gonna break the World’s Guinness Record for most people dressed up as a YouTube character,” Nigel said in his post.

To those who are excited to be Uncle Roger for a day, keep in mind that the dress-up is only happening on September 14 (Saturday), so don’t come as Uncle Roger on the wrong day!

What about the food?

In his Instagram post, Nigel said his restaurant – Fuiyoh! It’s Uncle Roger has yet to finalise the menu but 2 things are for sure – customers can expect to have fried rice with a lot of MSG!

Nigel also gave a hint about his menu by saying,

“What Jamie Oliver can do, Uncle Roger can do better!”

Here’s more good news for our Muslim friends – the restaurant will be serving Halal food!

And here’s another surprise that Nigel has in store for his dedicated fans and customers.

“First 300 people who come as Uncle Roger will get discount voucher. See you there, niece and nephew!”

Niece and nephew, are you ready for the opening of Fuiyoh! It’s Uncle Roger?
