This year, Twenty Degrees from Petaling Jaya is collaborating with Janice Siew, a home baker who has 25 years of baking experience. She has only been serving regular customers exclusively for the past couple of years. However, she decided to sell her cookies online due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

 

As stated in the post, Janice has a principle of only serving good and high-quality food and thus, she persists in using pure butter as well as low sugar in her recipes. Some of the cookies available are the cranberry butterslice, almond biscotti, and pineapple tart with its special homemade jam.
