A professional breastfeeding specialist on TikTok has had enough with sexual and obscene comments left on her videos by dirty-minded men.
Nad Masrom, 35, who has over five years of experience as a lactation therapist, is a well-known TikToker who enjoys creating educational videos for new and young mothers. Most of her videos educate women on effective nursing techniques. She also addresses concerns that a new mother may have.
However, she recently took to her Twitter to call out netizens (mostly men), who would often leave nasty and sexual comments, lusting on women and breasts from her videos.
MENORMALISASIKAN KELUCAHAN?
Isu tentang komen-komen lucah di tiktok saya hangat diperkatakan. Ada yang kata, itu adalah berpunca dari saya sendiri yang membuat content mengundang fitnah. pic.twitter.com/2DuM9KmYx1

She wrote in her tweet:
“NORMALISING PORNOGRAPHY? Some say that I am to be blamed for making ‘obscene content’ that invites these comments. But why is it always a woman’s fault when dirty-minded men cannot control their lust?”
Nad only uses medical training dummies
In case you are wondering how Nad demonstrates these breastfeeding techniques on her TikTok, she professionally teaches her viewers using medical training dummies, such as cloth breast models and mannequin babies.

But, even so, this does not prevent such vulgar comments from being left in the comment section. Most of these men would sexualize her work using inappropriate phrases such as “Can I rub it?” and “I want to give this treatment for free”.
One of Nad’s viral videos titled ‘Tips To Solve Flat Nipples’ was also taken down by TikTok after it received countless of these obscene comments.
“Too many times I’ve been reported for ‘adult nudity and sexual activity’. But I’m not making obscene videos. This is education,” she said.
She added that many told her she was using the wrong platform to teach about breastfeeding. Some advised her to quit TikTok and to only post her videos in private women’s groups as this will help “maintain women’s dignity”.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Nad said that she will not let these comments stop her from creating educational comments for breastfeeding mothers.
“Just stop normalising this kind of vulgar comments,” she said.
