The wait is finally over for padel enthusiasts in Kuala Lumpur as the city’s first racket sports courts for ASCARO have been built. Perched on the rooftop of 1Utama New Wing, this new attraction promises to bring a unique and exciting experience to KL’s sports and entertainment scene.
Daniel Liljekvist, the Managing Director of ASCARO
Spearheaded by Daniel Liljekvist, the Managing Director of ASCARO, this trendy sport is about to take over KL and attract a new generation of players and fans alike. Liljekvist initially planned for two courts in a smaller vicinity located outside the city but then, subsequently, decided on a total of four premium-grade courts sourced from the official supplier of the World Padel Tour.
To complete this experience, the rooftop bar and restaurant – PALOMA – will offer a delightful array of Mediterranean cuisine and thrilling cocktail concoctions on a wooden deck that offers breathtaking views of the urban landscape. PALOMA is the latest venture by Nicolas Fraile Taboada and Joao Melo, the men we have to thank for the city’s most popular drinking and dining spots which include Pisco, Concubine and Olivia Deli.
