Is Malaysia bound to have lesser concerts following the call for a ban on these sorta entertainment?
American rapper Post Malone recently shared on his Instagram account and revealed his 2023 World Tour in multiple Asian countries, including Singapore. His 1st show in Asia will begin on September 14 in Bangkok and will be concluded in Tokyo on September 27. Very much like Taylor Swift and K-pop singer Taeyeon, Post Malone is also skipping Malaysia for his “If Y’all Weren’t Here, I’d Be Crying” tour.
Well, guess what? We’re pretty sure many fans will be crying knowing that Post Malone has ZERO shows in Malaysia. His nearest performance to us will be in Singapore, where he will perform at the Zone 4 Padang Stage on September 16.
His tour in Asian countries includes Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Thailand.
Malone’s show in Singapore will be different than those in other countries as the rapper is expected to headline the 2023 Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix. So, if you’re expecting to watch Malone performing in Singapore, you’ll have to get tickets via the official website of the Singapore Grand Prix.
In case you’re going to the Grand Prix in Singapore, we can say that there are more surprises waiting for you because Post Malone will not be the only one performing there. Singers like Robbie Williams, Jackson Wang, and others will also grace the event, according to a tweet by Singapore GP. You can refer to the schedule below and mark your calendars if you’re eager to watch Post Malone.
“Emotional damage!”
As expected, some Malaysian fans took the opportunity to express their sadness after knowing that Malaysia is not on the list of Malone’s tour spots in Asia.
“Come to Malaysia, Malone. After your performance, we’ll hang out at the Mamak restaurant. On me.”
Post Malone also announced his return to Australia which has been scheduled for November and December, after he has completed his tour in Asia. The tour comes just in time for the release of his 5yj album, ‘Austin’ on 28 July.
Fans of Post Malone, are you devastated to learn that the American rapper won’t be coming to Malaysia?
