Batman in Malaysia?

In light of the new Batman movie ‘The Batman’, TGV Cinemas prepared a surprise for Malaysians, called the “Vengeance in the skies”, a bat signal that lights up in the sky at night!

The bat signal appeared near Sunway Putra Mall and Bukit Bintang on 2 and 3 March 2022. It looks so splendid – as if we are actually living in Gotham City!

Guys guys, did you see it yesterday? Minmin saw the Bat Signal! Damn cool weh!!!If you missed it, catch #TheBatman's…

In the Batman comics, the bat signal is a signal device that projects a huge batman symbol to the sky to summon the superhero when help is needed.

According to a Tiktok video posted by @zoewiththecurlyhair, who was one of the production crew that set up the bat signal projection, the set up was done at the highest road near the mall, and a high-powered laser was used to project the signal once the clouds kicked in.

so my company (revival productions) was hired to project the bat signal! it was a dream come true ? #thebatman #batsignal #sunwaypyramid
