KPMG staff are probably rushing to apply for their leaves now especially for such a noble cause!

Malaysia is currently still in its first phase of the vaccination program with frontliners being provided with their vaccines. MyVAC (Malaysia Vaccine Support Volunteers) is an initiative established in collaboration between the Ministry of Health (MOH), Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (MOSTI), Ministry of Youth & Sports (KBS), Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), and the Red Crescent Society Malaysia (MRCS) to assist in the launch of the government immunisation programme by placing individuals who are willing to serve on the vaccination team.

To support the implementation of the MyVac programme, the government established MySukarela (a volunteer programme). It will help fill the manpower needed for the implementation of the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme.

If you’re a fellow KPMG employee who wishes to volunteer for the program, the requirements are as follow:

  • 18 years or above
  • Healthy without any comorbidities
  • No close contact with COVID-19 patients during the past 14 days

Fellow KPMG employees, enjoy your paid leaves by registering to be a valiant volunteer here!
