Malaysian drivers and motorcyclists, rejoice! It has been reported by Oriental Daily that for the 2nd week of March 2020, which means starting from 7th March to 13th March, prices of RON 97, RON 95, as well as Diesel will all be cheaper! Yes, you heard right, prices for all fuels will be going down across the board.

Ron 97 Down 21 Sen, Ron 95 Down 19 Sen, Diesel Down 17 Sen For 2Nd Week Of March 2020 - World Of Buzz

This means that the prices for fuel will be as follows in the next week:

  • RON95 – RM1.89 per litre
  • RON 97 – RM2.19 per litre
  • Diesel – RM1.96 per litre

So if you’re planning on doing any long-haul driving, then you’ve really got no better reason than to visit your nearest petrol station to take advantage of these new prices, until they get revised again the following Friday!
