Just in case you don’t feel old yet, it’s officially been 20 years since the first-ever Spongebob Squarepants episode aired on TV! Wtf?!
In conjunction with this huge milestone, Nike recently revealed its latest collection to celebrate 20 years of nautical nonsense, and they even re-animated a scene from Spongebob to include these brand new kicks! Talk about next-level marketing!
Nike’s Kyrie x Spongebob Squarepants collection will reportedly be launching via Nike SNKRS on 10th August 2019, and will be rolling out 5 sneakers inspired by the show’s main characters. Check out the cool designs below:

Apart from sneakers, Nike will reportedly be releasing a matching apparel line also inspired by Spongebob Squarepants, but it is unclear when that aspect of the collection will be unveiled.
Meanwhile, if you’re planning on buying these kicks as soon as they go up on sale this 10th August, be prepared to fork out a lot of cash, because one pair costs USD$130 (approx RM536)!
