Black Market may have the guise of minimalism from the outside but take a step inside and you will be welcomed by decors dripping with class. Their dimly lit ambience is also perfect for that special romantic evening out.

This restaurant’s Deep Fried Pork Ribs is an absolute must-have as it is their signature pork ribs deep-fried till golden brown, served with Connor’s-infused sauce and special house salad.

Of course, not forgetting their impeccable Deep Fried Chicken which is fried to a perfect crisp while maintaining the succulence of the meat inside.

These meat are marinated over 16 hours so you can imagine the flavours inside. To top it all off, both dishes come with a full pint of Connor’s Stout Porter, the perfect beverage after a long day.

Chapter One is a rather quaint place and is tastefully decorated with leather sofas, Heath Ledger Joker artworks on the wall, and a pool table. The place offers amazing live music that often feature fantastic indie rock players from time to time.

In December, lay back with a complimentary pint of Connor’s Stout Porter as you order their Connor’s-infused dishes. The place is serving Beef in Connor’s which is prime beef cooked gently in a Connor’s Stout Porter broth with vegetables and toast; and Braised Pork Ribs with Connor’s which features baby back ribs braised with Connor’s, glazed and baked with homemade BBQ sauce, served with roast potatoes and mixed salad.

The BBP is a restaurant bar known for their vibrant atmosphere, cheap drinks and of course, their pork spare ribs which is one of the best in town. Delicately crafted and infused in stout, the BBP dishes out 3 unique meals – Connor’s Pork Ribs, Connor’s Beer Can Chicken and Connor’s Mousse.

Their ribs and chicken pack a powerful burst of flavour as they are marinated overnight in a blend of herbs & spices such as lemon grass, garlic, pepper, cayenne and a few other secret ingredients. These babies are then cooked over the woodchip fire BBQ!

For Malaysians who love the extra kick, you’d be thrilled to know that the can chicken is served with BBP’s famous homemade sambal. We’ve been told it’s both fiery and delicious!

With a large pink container-textured wall to one side, Hubba Hubba is definitely way more casual than most bars and restaurants you know. The decor is incredibly creative and quirky with bright colours and random patterns filling up the room.

For makan, their 180 Brew Connor’s Chicken is a must have. Marinated overnight with a mixture of English herbs, the chicken is roasted at 180 degress and rested to preserve its tenderness for that extraordinary flavour. It is served with Connor’s-infused mushroom sauce and petite side salad.

Another must-try is their Hubba Connor’s Lamb Pie where lamb chunks are lovingly stewed over 3 hours in Connor’s gravy and baked in a fluffy golden brown pie.

Both dishes are specifically paired with a complimentary pint of Connor’s Stout Porter that brings out their flavours even more.

Meja which literally translates to “table” is located along KL’s bustling nightlife district, TREC. They serve a mixture of Western and Southeast Asian cuisine, so don’t be surprised to see sirloin steaks and nasi lemaks sharing the same menu.

Meja is serving up a platter consisting of 3 alcoholic dishes in the spirit of Christmas, namely; Grilled tiger prawns with Connor’s glazing, cheesy button mushrooms stuffed with chicken that’s been slow cooked in Connor’s and crispy Connor’s battered onion rings. For the finishing touch, these are served with a dark Connor’s chili’s dip and a free pint of Connor’s Stout Porter!

Located above The Social, NICSMANN offers a terrace that overlooks TREC’s vibrant neon-lit street and provides a perfect view of the KL Tower and twin towers. Besides excellent food, the place in decked out with darts machines and 2 karaoke rooms.

Savour the opportunity to taste their exclusive mouth-watering Connor’s Lamb Stew – full-flavoured New Zealand lamb meat cubes marinated in a blend of over 100 herbs then slow cooked in Connor’s Stout Porter.

The meat is cooked alongside carrots, celery, onions, leeks and potatoes, and is served with garlic bread. It’s an absolute treat that’ll melt in your mouth, while the night is ended perfectly with the free pint of Connor’s that comes with the dish.

The X is located along the bustling streets of Bangsar Telawi, and due to its contemporary decor, most people can hardly tell that this place is actually a Japanese fusion restaurant and bar!

It offers a wide range of Western and Japanese dishes, as well as beer and spirits to go with.

Located in Medan Damansara, Tiki Taka is the birth of Hans Gill and chef Carrie Scully after they were inspired by their travels to Barcelona, where the phrase ‘Tiki Taka’ also meant “food hopping” in a local lingo in Spain.

Patrons get to choose to sit indoors or opt for the breezy al fresco area, while they enjoy the Asian tapas.
