The operation of eateries and restaurants is allowed to operate from 6am to 10pm starting tomorrow. Senior Minister (Security), Ismail Sabri Yaakob, as quoted by Sinar Harian, said the decision was made after taking into account the appeals and views of the restaurant operators. He explained,

“Previously, operations involving restaurant premises and restaurants were only allowed from 8am to 8pm. After taking into account the appeal and views of the restaurant operators, the meeting agreed to change the operating hours of the premises that sell food from 6am to 10pm effective June 28, 2021.”

Finally, we don’t have to rush to buy our food and eateries can handle their orders better as they will no longer have to be restricted by the short timing. Stay tuned for more updates.
