In a nation where different races and religions mingle together, true Malaysians will always be united.

Taking to Twitter, netizen @Jalalmisai_2 did just that when he shared a video of a group of workers, working hand-in-hand with a non-Muslim tauke who understands the plight of his workers.

In his tweet, @Jalalmisai_2 writes, “The tauke is non-muslim, but employs all Malays. Prayers are made compulsory, and an annual salatul hajat is organised at the workplace.”

“Just how lucky are his workers?”

Taking place in Kelantan, the boss, who spore with a thick Kelantanese accent, confirms this fact.

“I only employ Malays, no foreigners. I do solat hajat every year. You don’t believe me, right? Every year.”

“Yes, I am Chinese, but I believe in God. Religion is important.”

He also took a swipe at other bosses who feel that things like prayers will hinder their business.

“Those are stupid bosses. Prayers are important. You must pray. If we live without God, we are nothing.”

Truly one in a million, netizens commenting on the video were indeed appreciative of the man’s insistence on making it compulsory for his workers to pray.

Let’s hope there are more bosses out there who are considerate enough to put workers as their main priority.
