A pair of workers at a fast food restaurant received an earful from a disgruntled customer who was made to make two trips to this outlet and was forced to face a less-than-friendly customer service.

Making its way onto social media, here is a video of the incident unfolding.

Dressed in a maroon jacket, the man can be seen giving the pair and earful, stating how he did not have the time to get his orders correct and be made to face staff who were not curteous to him.

Netizens were divided – with some supporting the staff and another supporting the angry gentleman.

“Sometimes people who work at this fast-food joint treat people as though they had no money. I once was made to wait an hour for an ice blended. They simply ignored my order.”

Another commented: “Can’t you settle it peacefully? I believe they would do something to compensate your dissatisfaction.”

What are your thoughts on the matter? What would you have done differently?
