The shooting at KLIA case took everyone by surprise this morning, and left a lot of people worried for the bodyguard who is now in critical condition.
He wasn’t supposed to be working that day
His employer, Elite Bodyguard Service Company shared that he wasn’t scheduled for work that day. However, he had to stand in for his colleague who was away for Hari Raya.
Mohd Nur Hadith, nicknamed Along, has been with the company for 4 years, Rashid Ratag, the company’s director told Utusan Malaysia.
“He is indeed a trained person in security control. Because the individual who uses our service is high risk so we choose Along to be his bodyguard.
“I didn’t expect Along to be so committed to the task given to him that he was willing to risk his life,” Rashid said.
He is well-trained and has 18 years of experience
Nur Hadith is reportedly 37-years-old and is able to converse in both Malay and English.
His stated jobscope covers personal driver and bodyguard cum driver.
Rashid additionally shared that Nur Hadith has shown good progress after the first surgery and is due for his next procedure after 48 hours.
We hope for Nur Hadith’s swift recovery and that justice will be served asap to the gunman.
