There were a total of 10 countries in this year’s dodgeball competition but Team Malaysia managed to excel in each category and emerged the winner. Congrats, everyone!

In the finals, our three teams in the different category all faced Australia in highly competitive matches and emerged the victor. According to Team Malaysia’s Twitter account, the mixed team nabbed the first gold by winning with a score of 7-5. Meanwhile, the women’s team were up next and beat Australia with a score of 9-3. While dodgeball may not have been highly popular a few years back, thanks to our hardworking athletes who have brought us international fame, this game is slowly but surely gaining recognition in Malaysia.
